Kentucky Council on Developmental Disabilities
The Kentucky Council on Developmental Disabilities' mission is to create change through visionary leadership and advocacy so that people have choices and control over their own lives. KYSAFF receives our funding thru the Kentucky Council on Developmental Disabilities.

Kentucky Protection and Advocacy Division
P&A's mission is to protect and promote the rights of Kentuckians with disabilities through legally based individual and systemic advocacy, and education.

KYDD Network
Kentucky's Agencies in Developmental Disabilities
The Interdisciplinary Human Development Institute, the Kentucky Council on Developmental Disabilities and the Kentucky Division of Protection and Advocacy form Kentucky's Developmental Disability Network. Each of these agencies collaborate extensively and work tirelessly to improve the daily lives of individuals with disabilities and their families.

National Association of Rights Protection and Advocacy
NARPA's fundamental mission is to help empower people who have been labeled mentally disabled so that they may learn to independently exercise their rights.

Human Development Institute
The Interdisciplinary Human Development Institute, a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service, focuses its efforts on improving lifelong opportunities and services for individuals with disabilities, their families and the community.

The Institute provides a strong foundation for more than 30 research, training and service projects, addressing a wide range of topics and issues in areas such as early childhood, education, transition and community living and personnel preparation.
