On Saturday June 24, 2006 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Lexington, Kentucky, Debby Nolan was presented an award by the Kentucky Self Advocates For Freedom, Inc.

Debby Nolan, the manager of the CAPRICE program of the Christian Appalachian Project, Inc., was the first person to be inducted into the Hall Of Fame by the Kentucky Self Advocates For Freedom Inc.
