Cathy Edwards succeeds in life with an excellent sense of humor and perspective. Born with Cerebral Palsy and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, she lived in a group home for more than six years until she fought her way back to living in her own home. Cathy moved back into the home she owns more than a year ago and efficiently manages her household and staff. Cathy serves a Secretary and Treasurer of the Kentucky Self-Advocates for Freedom.
